Thank you for visiting and shopping at Funstoregalore. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing times

In stock products - delivery or couriers:

All orders placed for In Stock products before 15:00pm are processed within 1-2 business working days. Deliveries or couriers within South Africa usually take between 2 – 5 business working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, public holidays or holidays.

Not in stock products - delivery or couriers:

Orders placed for Not In Stock products usually ships to our warehouse in 4 - 7 work days. These shipments will then be processed within 1-2 business working days. Deliveries or couriers within South Africa usually take between 2 – 5 business working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, public holidays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Deliveries to more remote areas are made usually once a week, so please allow extra time if you are in a remote rural area. Please be aware that deliveries to extremely remote areas may take longer to arrive and will attract an added delivery charge.

Orders can be delivered to your home, work or post office. Please accurately specify the delivery address on checkout.

Where does Funstoregalore deliver?

Funstoregalore delivers nationwide across South Africa. 

Our shipping services are fulfilled by Bob Go smart shipping solution. Bob Go is a trusting shipping solution provider and offer a nation wide shipping service in South Africa.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email or Whatsapp us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed within 1-2 business days immediately after you order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows the information that you supplied.

Can I change my order?

You can email or Whatsapp a change to your order after you have placed the order, and we will do our best to change your initial order. Orders can be changed until they are dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or Whatsapp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You will then be able to track your shipment or parcel through the following link: www.track.bobgo.co.za

What if nobody is home to receive my delivery?

If the courier goes to your delivery address and nobody is there to accept the delivery, don’t worry – the courier will leave a note to let you know. They’ll also SMS you to arrange a more convenient time for a 2nd delivery attempt. However, if no one is available to accept the 2nd delivery attempt, you’ll need to contact us to arrange a 3rd delivery. Important: If you don't contact Funstoregalore within 5 working days of the 2nd delivery attempt, the delivery will be returned to Funstoregalore.

Customer Care will then contact you to arrange a 3rd delivery attempt at your cost, or you can request a refund. But please note that refunds for undelivered orders are not guaranteed and are processed at Funstoregalore’s discretion. If the refund is approved, it will incur any applicable costs already incurred by Funstoregalore.

What if my order gets lost?

Please contact us if your delivery is late or has not arrived after 7 days after receiving your tracking number, so that we can try to find it for you. If the parcel is found, it will be sent to your delivery address. If the parcel is not found, Funstoregalore Customer Care will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

What does ‘delivered’ mean?

Your order is considered ‘delivered’ once the parcel is handed to someone at the delivery address you gave us. It’s also considered ‘delivered’ once you have been notified that the parcel is awaiting collection at the post office.

What if my order is not in stock?

Orders placed for Not In Stock products usually ships to our warehouse in 4 - 7 work days. These shipments will then be processed within 1-2 business working days. Deliveries or couriers within South Africa usually take between 2 – 5 business working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, public holidays or holidays.

What if I get the wrong product?

If the wrong product is delivered to you, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a collection and process a refund or exchange. To get a refund, your returned products must be unused and in the original packaging with all the labels intact. Collection of these returned products is at Funstoregalore's cost. A refund will only be approved once the returned goods have been checked and found to still be in a resalable condition.

What if I want to return or exchange a product?

If you are immediately unsatisfied with a purchase, and you want to exchange or return the product for a refund, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund, any returned products must be unused and in the original packaging with all the labels intact and in a resalable condition.

However, please be aware that if your returned product does not meet this criteria, you will not be refunded for your order.

Do Funstoregalore products come with a warranty?

Funstoregalore products don’t have a warranty once they’ve been used, cut or coloured. So if you’re unhappy with a Funstoregalore product, please don’t use it. Place it back in the packaging it came in, with the labels intact, and contact us immediately to evaluate a return.

Damages

If it looks like your Funstoregalore parcel has been opened, damaged or tampered with in any way, you have the right to refuse to accept it from the courier. Funstoregalore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders within South Africa OVER R1500 = free shipping**.

Orders within South Africa UNDER R1500 = R149 Flat Rate shipping charge**.

**Shipping Terms and Conditions for Heavy and Large Dimension Products (Non-Free or Flat Rate Shipping Offer)

We understand that shipping heavy and large-dimension products such as school & educational furniture, activity basins & or stands and large dimension products or storage products, comes with additional considerations. While we always strive to offer the best and most affordable shipping options, these items often exceed standard courier limits and require special handling or pricing. To ensure transparency and provide you with the most cost-effective solution, we have specific shipping terms in place for these products.  

If you'd like to receive a shipping quote before placing your order, you can contact us via the Contact Us link page to share your requirements and details, and we will provide a customized quote accordingly. Alternatively, on each product page where these shipping terms apply, you’ll find a button labeled "Request a Quote. Click here to request a quote. Read shipping TC's below." Clicking this button will allow you to complete a form and request a quote directly for that product.

These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the shipping of heavy products, specifically school & educational furniture, activity basins & or stands and large dimension products or storage products, that might not be eligible for our free shipping or flat rate offer. Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order. By placing an order for heavy products, you agree to comply with these Terms. Our Cart and Checkout pages both state the following "NOTE: School Furniture, Heavy & Large Dimension Product Shipping TC's Apply."

  1. Shipping Eligibility: Heavy products, including school & educational furniture, activity basins & or stands and large dimension products or storage products, are excluded from our free shipping or flat rate offer. Shipping rates for these products will be provided via a separate quotation and will not be displayed during the checkout process. You may check out and place your order online. However free shipping or flat rate, even if selected might not apply.
  2. Shipping Quotation Process: We advise you to contact us prior to placing an order online for school & educational furniture, activity basins & or stands and large dimension products or storage products so that we can send you a formal quotation with accurate shipping costs for these heavy products. Customers can request a shipping quotation by contacting our customer service team through the provided communication channels under the Contact Us link. Our team will gather the necessary information and provide a customized shipping quotation that best fits your needs, within a reasonable timeframe. The shipping quotation will be based on factors such as product weight, dimensions, destination, and preferred shipping method.
  3.  Quotation Validity: The provided shipping quotation is valid for a specified period indicated in the quotation itself. After this period, the shipping rates may be subject to change based on factors such as market fluctuations, carrier rates, and other relevant considerations.
  4.  Shipping Methods: The available shipping methods will be discussed and customized during the quotation process.
  5. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time frame for heavy products will be provided as part of the shipping quotation. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, manufacturing lead times, shipping destination, and chosen shipping method.
  6. Payment for Shipping: Customers will be invoiced for the shipping charges separately from the product purchase. Payment for shipping must be completed before the products are shipped. Products will only be shipped once the funds for the shipping quotation are reflected in our bank account. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the invoice.
  7. Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delivery delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete address information.
  8. Receiving the Shipment: Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting the products for any visible damage or defects. Any issues should be documented and reported to us within 7 days, so we can evaluate the situation accordingly.
  9. Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges for heavy products are subject to our separate Returns and Exchanges Policy. Customers should refer to this policy for information on returning or exchanging heavy products.

Can I collect my own orders:

Yes, you may collect your own orders here. We will contact you via email or via Whatsapp when your order is ready for collection. Please ensure to give us your correct contact details when placing your order.

In stock collections:

Orders are usually ready to be collected between 2-4 Business Working Days from the date of receiving final payments. If we have stock and your final payments reflect in our bank account, you will then be able to collect on the same day. To avoid any disappointment, we will confirm this with you.

Funstoregalore will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Kindly bring your confirmation email or FSG Order Number when you come to collect your order.

Not in stock collections:

Orders placed for Not In Stock collections usually ships to our warehouse in 4 - 7 work days. These shipments are then usually ready to be collected between 2-4 Working Days.

Returns Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing info@funstoregalore.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# (Return Authorization Number) and the address where you can courier the product you would like to return.
  3. To assure your refund please use a trackable courier service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and if applicable, a full refund or exchange will be issued. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
  5. Sale items and Gift cards): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items that are on sale cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns or grant refunds on gift cards.
  6. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@funstoregalore.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
